El Módem Router inalámbrico ADSL2/2+ (SMC7901WBRA2) es un dispositivo de acceso a banda ancha residencial altamente integrado que combina la función de módem ADSL2/2+, con un puerto LAN (RJ-45) y un punto de acceso inalámbrico G a 54 Mbps (IEEE 802.11b/g).
Es totalmente compatible con los últimos estándares de ADSL2/2+ y Ethernet. La compatibilidad con TR-067 garantiza la interoperabilidad con su infraestructura de red ISP.
El router SMC7901WBRA2 ofrece acceso a Internet de alto rendimiento, con flujo de descargas de hasta 24Mbps y de cargas de hasta 2Mbps, lo que lo convierte en el dispositivo ideal para usuarios domésticos y para pequeñas y medianas empresas.
El router SMC7901WBRA2 permite a los equipos la comunicación entre ellos, compartir el acceso a Internet y a los archivos, tanto si están cableados como en modo inalámbrico.
El cortafuegos NAT con Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), Sistema de Detección de Intrusión (IDS) y Denegación-de-servicio (DoS) proporciona una robusta seguridad contra el ataque de hackers. También incorpora VPN pass-through para proporcionar la máxima seguridad a la conexión de la red de su oficina o su empresa.
